2 Hour Horse Course Ages 7-11

Service Description

The Horse Course is a great way to learn all about horses! This is a 2 hour long class where students ages 7-11 will learn about everything horses! This is a non riding class, but students will get a chance to groom and lead a horse. Some of the items we will cover: -Breeds, colors and markings -Riding disciplines and tack -How our energy affects horses and how to be mindful -Grooming supplies and how to groom a horse -How to lead a horse -Horses diet Dress for the weather! We have an indoor arena, but it is not heated. There is a heated barn that we can go into in inclement weather and a bathroom on site. *A $2.50 fee is added for payments made through the website
